Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
 
Ingredients -
2 pounds Chicken
2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Thyme
1/4 tablespoon Sage
1 tablespoon Parsley
2 tablespoons Rosemary
4 (16 ounces) cans Chicken Broth
1 (16 ounces) bag Frozen Crinkle Cut Carrots
1 medium or large Onion, diced
Celery, to taste (optional)
1 bag Egg Noodles, uncooked
Water (as needed, to taste)
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
 
Preparation:

Cut chicken into small pieces. Sauté chicken with the rosemary until done. Pour chicken broth into large pot, add chicken with rosemary, all the spices, onion, carrots and egg noodles.

Add water as needed.

Bring to a boil, and let it boil for about five minutes. Turn down the heat until it's at a fast simmer and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot!
